The project group on Carboniferous magnetostratigraphy is chaired by Mark Hounslow (United Kingdom), who did not submit a progress report this year for the Newsletter on Carboniferous Stratigraphy but summarized the recent work of the group through June 2009 in volume 27 of the Newsletter on Carboniferous Stratigraphy.
